WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Every Hustle Or Starve product is made to order. Production generally takes 2–7 business days. After production, standard U.S. shipping typically takes an additional 2–5 business days. These timeframes are estimates and may vary during holidays, product shortages or unusually busy periods.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You’ll receive a shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information once your order leaves production. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.
HOW DOES THE ESSENTIAL TEE FIT?
The Essential Tee has a modern unisex retail fit. Order your normal size for a closer everyday fit or size up for a looser streetwear look. Review the size chart before ordering because every item is produced specifically for you.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind or buyer’s remorse. Please review the product description and size chart carefully before purchasing.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the problem. Once verified, we’ll arrange an eligible replacement or refund.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Contact us immediately if you need to request a change. Once an order enters production, we cannot guarantee that it can be edited or canceled.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SHIRT?
Wash cold and inside out with similar colors. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not bleach, dry clean or iron directly over the printed artwork.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We are beginning with U.S. shipping while we establish the first collection. International availability will be announced as the brand expands.
