RETURN AND REFUND POLICY Hustle Or Starve products are made to order. Please review product descriptions, color selections and size charts carefully before purchasing. CHANGE OF MIND AND SIZE SELECTION Because each physical product is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for: * Selecting the wrong size or color * Change of mind or buyer’s remorse * Preference regarding fit * An address entered incorrectly by the customer * Normal variations associated with print-on-demand production Order your normal size for the fit described on the product page or size up when a looser streetwear fit is recommended. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered. Include: * Your order number * A description of the problem * Clear photographs showing the complete item and the issue * A photograph of the shipping package or label when relevant Do not return an item unless we provide instructions. After reviewing the claim, eligible issues will be resolved through a replacement or refund. CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation or change. Once an order enters production, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled. LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS Contact us if tracking indicates that an order may be lost. We will review the tracking information and work with the fulfillment provider and carrier to determine the appropriate resolution. Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address may require an additional shipping payment before being reshipped. DIGITAL PRODUCTS Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable after delivery, except where required by applicable law. REFUNDS Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
